“ This was easily one of the better experiences Ive had at an El Polo Loco. The staff was acomidating and polite. The facility was clean and organized. The service was exceptional and fast, food was brought to where I was sitting within minutes. The chicken was perfectly cut and huge unlike other places where you get ripped off with how small the breast can be. Great visit, definitely will be returning soon. ”

Yes, fresh means you might have to wait a bit, if you are in that much of a hurry Taco Bell has some food underneath lamps premade for awhile for you. “ The cashier was so wonderful and patient. I didnt realize that my coupons were expired as I was coming off of a 12 hour shift and I was kinda foggy brained. Without hesitating, he asked me to wait and went to grab a current coupon flyer which he handed over to me and told me to go ahead and take a look at it and see if I would like to use any. I personally thought that it was super thoughtful of him to do that. As I proceeded to order my dinner, I thanked him for his patience and he continued to fix my order and handed it to me with a warm smile. Thats all it takes sometimes to make someones day and he sure did add sweetness to my dreadfully long day . Thank you for that ”

Id stopped going for a whole because the two locations I lived near years ago would ALWAYS inevitably leave items out or give me the totally wrong order. The employees at this location are also very nice and so efficient. Ive headed over before when its been a complete madhouse and the employees always seem to handle things fabulously. Ive never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to order or get my food. Everything always comes out delicious, too. This location turned me back into an El Pollo regular! ”
